We do not ship any physical products.
1. Nature of Services
All our offerings — workshops, consulting programs, Done-With-You (DWY), and Done-For-You (DFY) services — are delivered digitally through:
- Zoom/Google Meet
- Client dashboards
- Online communication channels
2. Delivery Timeline
- Workshop access: Delivered instantly via email or within 5–10 minutes after payment.
- Consulting onboarding: Delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- DWY/DFY onboarding: Delivered within 24–48 hours with a welcome email, onboarding form, and access details.
3. No Physical Shipping
Since we provide digital services, no physical shipping, courier, or logistics are involved.
You will not receive any physical package.
4. Email Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your access email within the expected time, please contact us at:
