Since our programs deliver immediate access to digital materials, strategies, and proprietary systems, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and integrity for all participants.
2. General Policy
All purchases made through Scale Agency, including live workshops, 1:1 consulting, and group coaching programs, are non-refundable by default.
However, we do allow refund requests under specific conditions, as detailed below.
3. Eligibility for Refund Review
To be considered for a refund, you must:
- Submit a written refund request to support@scaleagency.info within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide clear evidence and proof that you have implemented the methods and strategies taught in our program but did not achieve any measurable improvement or result.
- Have attended all live sessions, completed given tasks or worksheets, and participated actively in the program.
Refunds will not be initiated if:
- You did not attend the sessions or failed to implement the strategies shared.
- You changed your mind, had scheduling issues, or decided not to continue after payment.
- You expected guaranteed results without following the steps or showing any proof of implementation.
We evaluate every refund request case-by-case, based on the genuineness of your effort and evidence submitted.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
If your refund request is approved after evaluation:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Transaction fees, payment gateway charges or taxes are non-refundable.
If your refund request is not approved, the decision will be final and binding.
5. No Refunds After Access or Completion
Please note:
- Once you have accessed digital course materials, attended live sessions, or booked 1:1 consulting calls & after 30 days of the service is considered delivered and no refund will be applicable.
